Will I be getting the same hair as displayed in your pictures? 

NO we sell raw hair no two bundles will be the exact same, no two people have the same hair type and texture. You will be sent out a similar type of the hair unless it is straight / loose wave where such patterns are more consistent  For wavy and curly hair each bundle will be slightly different however we do ensure to pick out the closest matching bundles. 

Can this hair be bleached dyed etc ? 

YES your hair can however we do advise that you seek a professional to colour your hair to avoid any damages. Hair damaged by the customers own fault will not be refunded nor exchanged. Please ensure you take it to a professional to have it bleached dyed etc. 

Do you offer exchanges or refunds? 

NO due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or give refunds on any hair unless it is faulty. an email must be sent to us within 5 working days of receiving the hair.
